Dear Nashville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram,
I am writing in
regards to a member of your sales staff, Ron Radcliffe.
I am disabled after having several stoked and have to use a wheelchair to get around. I have been in the market for a vehicle for several months now because all of my children work Monday thru Friday and I have no one to take me to my doctors appointments. As you can imagine, I have many very important, appointments every month. On Saturday, April 25th, 2015, Ron came to my home in Murfreesboro, TN after I spoke to him on the phone about my situation, to give me a ride to your lot in Antioch, TN. So that I could look at cars. Unfortunately, he had a flat tire in my driveway , but he did not let that deter him. He loaded me and my wheelchair up after changing his tire, and drove me to your lot. He sold me a very nice car and assisted me in my wheelchair the entire time. He maintained a fantastic attitude throughout the entire experience.
The WHOLE staff had excellent attitudes as well. I drove off the lot in my new car as a extremely satisfied customer because of Ron.
I have bought several vehicles in my life and have NEVER received such amazing and caring customer service. Ron most definitely went above and beyond for me. He was very kind and did not treat me like a burden as some people tend to do, and I want to let your company, as well as Ron, know how much I truly appreciate everything.
If it weren't for Ron I wouldn't have a car right now, I would not have been able to go to an extremely important doctor's appointment today. I would not have independence. I am sincerely grateful to Ron and the other at your lot. I hope I have expressed to you and to him how important this was to me and how much it means to me.

Came here from California and Tammy from service found out that the dealership from California sold me a service plan that only works for the dealers in California. Which that dealer did not disclose to me at the time. So Tammy went out of here way and took care of my oil change and gave me some wonderful advise. I'd recommend anyone with a Dodge to come here for maintenance, they are helpful and go out of their way to solve issues. Thank you Tammy and your service department!

The BEST service I have ever received. I was a day into my military move from VA to CA and my rear differential went out in my 2004 Dodge Ram. I was able to make it to Nashville (on a Saturday) and called Nashville Dodge to see if I could get it in. Mark Haley (Service Consultant) said to bring it in and they would see what they could do. I was driving away with a rental car 15 minutes after walking in the door. I was given a very reasonable estimate for repairs one hour later and I had my truck back Monday morning, allowing me to arrive in CA on time. I can't thank you enough for the great service and professionalism.

Excellent experience with the service department. Tammy Kelly (Service Manager) was beyond helpful. Having your car go crazy is complete frustration. Having someone like her and her team help you, makes your day a whole lot better. She kept me up to date on the status of my problem. Coordinated with my insurance company to make the repair as stress free as possible. I appreciate everyone's help with my car. Thank you.
